Report on MI5 and police reviews following terror attacks

Following the terrorist attacks in Manchester and London between March and June 2017, the Home Secretary commissioned the former Independent Reviewer of Terrorism Legislation, David Anderson QC to provide independent assurance of the internal MI5 and police reviews. This report was laid before Parliament and published on 5 December 2017.
